I’m sure I’m not the only one who has been dazzled by the bright turquoise color of the Grand Motel while driving up La Cienega Boulevard. I was hoping to make a painting of it before the owners decided to repaint it a more sedate color. I have a feeling that won’t happen anytime soon.
